If want to understand the advantages of OOP development (classes, objects, inheritance and composition) and some of the techniques for doing this well (modelling diagrams such as UML) then this is the talk for you.

Sean McSharry will be giving a talk on Moving to Object Oriented Analysis and Development.

Sean McSharry is a senior partner at Logic Bureau Consulting. He is a co-author of Foundation ActionScript 3.0 with Flash CS3 and Flex published by Friends of ED.

The Flash Meetup takes place at London South Bank University in the Keyworth Building.

The nearest tube station is Elephant and Castle on the Northern line. If you are coming by tube when you arrive at Elephant and Castle follow signs for London South Bank University (it is quite a confusing station to navigate). From the station turn right and walk ahead until meet the first road on your right, Ontario Street. Walk along Ontario Street to the cross junction. The large red brick building to the left across the road is the Keyworth Centre. Enter the revolving doors and you should see directions for the Flash meetup room.
